The Government has approved a draft decree of the President of Ukraine “On the delegation of Ukraine to participate in negotiations with the European Commission on conclusion of an Agreement between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, on the other hand, on Ukraine’s participation in the European Union’s Single Market Programme (2021-2027)”. The relevant decision was approved at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on January 17, 2023.

The Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW), funded by the German Federal Foreign Office, will hand over more than 700 generators to support the Ukrainian energy system. Astarta completed the 2022 sugar production season. In total, the сompany’s sugar mills processed c. 2mt of sugar beet grown in-house and from third-party farmers and produced 282kt of white sugar.
The sugar output content corresponded to 14.26% (the average Ukraine’s indicator was 13.98% per “Ukrtsukor”). Traditionally, 99% of sugar produced by Astarta corresponds to the highest quality category.
The 2022 processing season was the best in terms of processed volumes and sugar output compared to the previous two years.
