By the beginning of the next marketing year, NIBULON plans to increase storage capacity of five transshipment terminals in Mykolaiv, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions.
In particular, additional silos will be constructed at “Voznesens’ka” branch (22,000 tons), “Novoodes’ka” branch (10,000 tons), “Kamyanka-Dniprovs’ka” branch (16,000 tons), “Khortytsia” branch (16,500 tons), and “Holoprystans’ka” branch (20,000 tons).
Taking into account a huge demand of agricultural commodities producers for NIBULON’s transshipment terminals and cornhouses and their cooperation with us, the next two terminals to be constructed in 2019 in Marianske (Dnipropetrovsk region) and Ternivka (Zaporizhzhia region) will have storage capacity of 96,000 tons each (storage capacity of earlier built terminals is 76,000 tons).
It is worth mentioning that NIBULON has mounted metalware of additional silos to store grain, leguminous and oilseeds with a total capacity of 20,000 tons at “Kremenchuts’ka” branch (Poltava region), which will enlarge volume of simultaneous grain storage up to 90,000 tons and will reduce the time of vehicles processing. In addition, in May 2018, NIBULON put into operation its new elevator complex with a total capacity of 43,000 tons in the territory of the main transshipment terminal in Mykolaiv. As a result, total voulne of the terminal’s grain storage facilities has been increased to 173,000 tons. Due to this, the terminal is capable of receiving all crops without restrictions and ensuring uninterrupted transportation of commodities along the Southern Buh River.
We would remind you that NIBULON’s total storage capacity is 2 million tons.
