Nibulon boosts agricultural crops harvest by 10%

Agricultural company Nibulon, which is the member of Ukrainian Agrarian Confederation, harvested over 340,000 tonnes of agricultural crops in 2016, and this is 10% more than in 2015. According to a posting on the company's website, this is the largest harvest in the history of the company.

Average yield of early grain crops was 43.6 centners per ha in 2016.

In general, the company's divisions threshed 123,800 tonnes of early grain crops and 216,600 tonnes of late grain crops.

Nibulon harvested crops from 80,600 ha.

"We also saw a good result [in cattle breeding] in January-November 2016. The production margin grew by 14%," Head of the cattle breeding service Oleksandr Klochkov said.

Nibulon was created in 1991. It is one of the largest operators in the grain market of the country. It has elevators with a total capacity of about 2 million tonnes, as well as its own transshipment terminal with a capacity of 5 million tonnes in Mykolaiv.
