The Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Mykola Solskyi held an online meeting with the Minister of Agriculture of Hungary István Nagy. The parties discussed the situation with the export of Ukrainian agricultural products to Hungary.

Mykola Solskyi emphasized the necessity to continue negotiations in order to reach arrangements on the export of Ukrainian agricultural products and the unacceptability of unilateral decisions.

In his turn, the Minister of Agriculture of Hungary assured that the transit of Ukrainian agricultural products would continue.

The parties agreed to have consultations and meet again in the near future.

It should be reminded that the Hungarian government, following Poland, temporarily suspended imports of grain and oilseeds from Ukraine, as well as other agricultural products.
