Leading producers and exporters of sunflower oil from Russia and Ukraine to take part in the international conference "Oilseed & Oils 2009"

Leading producers and exporters of sunflower oil of Russia and Ukraine will participate in the work of the international conference "Oilseeds & Oils 2009", taking part on October 12-14, 2009, in Turkey.

To date, 9 Russian companies provided application forms for participation in the conference, including large-scale processing enterprises, which covered nearly 23% from the general production volumes of sunflower oil, during 10 months of 2008/09 MY, and 52% of the oil exports from Russia, during the period of September-July of 2008/09 MY.

25 companies from Ukraine also confirmed down participation in the conference, including nearly 15 companies, which shared 57% from the general production volumes of sunflower oil, during 11 months of 2008/09 MY, 56% of sunflower oil exports, and 21% from sunflower seed exports from Ukraine, during the mentioned period.
