Akhmetov and Novinsky divided the agricultural holding HarvEast

One of the largest agricultural holdings in Ukraine HarvEast Holding, which is owned by SCM and "Smart-Holding", in the medium - term plans to increase its land bank to 500 thousand hectares instead of 197 thousand hectares, cultivated by today, according to the press service of the "Smart-Holding".

According to the report , in the future, the company intends to invest in the expansion of the park of agricultural machinery, research and development and staff.

In addition, the press service noted that "Smart- Holding" and SCM within the framework of the improvement the system of corporate management have completed the legal process of the allocation of shares in the charter capital HarvEast. Thus, in the charter capital of agricultural holding 75% owned by SCM Group and 25% - " Smart-Holding ".
