The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Republic of Poland held an online meeting on the export of Ukrainian grain through the territory of the Republic of Poland.

During the meeting, the parties raised the issue of increasing the capacity of the Yahodyn-Dorohusk border crossing point, in particular, for trucks with grain transiting through Poland to EU countries.

The Ukrainian side also brought up the issue of the need to allow grain cargoes to transit without being sent to a veterinary inspector. This will allow to redirect the relevant cargoes from the veterinary queue to the regular one.

The parties agreed on the need to change the principle of queuing and going through all the necessary procedures for cargoes sent to Poland and for transit transportation.
