15% of the corn crop has not yet been harvested in Ukraine

As of January 12, 2023, grain and leguminous crops were harvested on an area of 10.9 million hectares (94%) with a yield of 4.7 t/ha, 50.965 million tons of grain were threshed, including:

• 4.979 million ha of wheat were threshed (100%), with a yield of 4.05 t/ha, 20.2 million tons were threshed;
• 1.7 million hectares of barley were threshed (100%), with a yield of 3.47 t/ha, 5.8 million tons were threshed;
• 118,000 hectares of peas were threshed (100%), with a yield of 2.28 t/ha, 269,000 tons were threshed;
• 3.6 million ha (85%) of corn were threshed for grain, with a yield of 6.57 t/ha, 23.5 million tons were threshed;
• buckwheat was threshed on 116,000 hectares (98%), with a yield of 1.37 t/ha, 158,500 tons were threshed;
• millet was threshed on 44.7 thousand hectares (99%), with a yield of 2.28 t/ha, 101.8 thousand tons were threshed.

In addition, sunflower harvesting was carried out on an area of 4.8 million hectares, (99%) 10.5 million tons of seeds were threshed with a yield of 2.17 tons/ha;

• soybeans were planted on an area of 1.5 million hectares, 3.7 million tons were threshed (100%) with a yield of 2.43 tons/ha;
• rapeseed cultivation was carried out on an area of 1.1 million hectares, (100%) threshed 3.2 million tons of seeds with a yield of 2.86 tons/ha;
• sugar beets were dug up on an area of 180,000 ha, (99%) 9 million tons of sweet roots were dug up with a yield of 50.1 t/ha.

Agricultural companies and farmers of Mykolaiv Region, Odesa Region, Bukovyna Region and Vinnytsia Region have finished harvesting this year's harvest of all agricultural crops.

Poltava region surpassed Vinnytsia in terms of grain threshing, 4.9 million tons were collected there, which is almost 400,000 tons more than in Vinnytsia region.

The highest yield of grain and leguminous crops among all regions of Ukraine is 7.08 t/ha in Khmelnytskyi region.
